Alex provides facilitation support to research participants involved in the lab’s psychedelic and consciousness studies, which includes the provision of psychoeducation and the conduct of preparation, dosing, and integration sessions.
Alex has received training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with Field Trip and Psychedelic Integration training through Fluence, as has extensive training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Ego State Therapy.
In addition to his facilitation work in the Raison lab, Alex provides psychotherapy through his private practice and at the Harmonia Madison Center for Psychotherapy. Alex holds a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
