Dr. Thomas is a Clinical Psychologist and facilitator, trainer, and supervisor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health where she has studied the therapeutic potential of psychedelics for the treatment of PTSD, substance use disorder, and depression. Dr. Thomas is certified in MDMA-Assisted Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and  has served as a therapist, consultant, and educator for Lykos Therapeutics (formerly the MAPS Public Benefit Corporation) for of their FDA-regulated Phase 3 multi-site trials of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD.

Dr. Thomas received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Allianz International University-San Diego, Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Whitman College.
