Casey provides facilitation support to research participants involved in the lab’s psychedelic and consciousness studies, which includes the provision of psychoeducation and the conduct of preparation, dosing, and integration sessions.
Casey has experience working with individuals, families, and groups for adolescents and adults and has provided counseling services for in-patient substance use treatment programs in the Madison, WI, area. He is currently completing training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute.
In addition to his facilitation work in the Raison lab, Casey works as a Mental Health Clinician at UW Health. Casey holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
