Kristi Kaylo oversees regulatory operations for the Raison Lab’s FDA-regulated clinical research studies. In this role, she manages active Investigational New Drug (IND) applications, oversees controlled substance compliance, and provides regulatory guidance to investigators and study teams throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Prior to joining the Raison Lab, Kristi spent over seven years contributing to psychedelic drug development at the Usona Institute in Fitchburg, WI, where she held roles spanning regulatory affairs, program management, and laboratory operations. Kristi began her career as an analytical chemist in pharmaceutical development and environmental water quality, and has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications on psychedelic synthesis, characterization, and pharmacology.
Kristi holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from the University of New Orleans.
