Laura McCormick oversees many aspects of the development and implementation of research projects within the Raison lab, including regulatory submissions, liaising with stakeholders, developing study protocols and other documents, implementing administrative and operational systems, and coordinating many other day-to-day endeavors that support the aims of the lab.
Previously, Laura was the Director of Project Management for the Early Development Team at Invenra, Inc., where she managed cross-functional team activities for a Phase 1 drug development program for oncology indications. She also served as Director of Operations for Usona Institute, where she contributed to overall organizational development during the early start-up phase.
